If you need wireless headset capability then you may as well go all the way, this thing is fantastic! It's got the range, the sound quality, it has versatile functionality, it's the banginest little ear-piece I've used yet. My only qualms with it are that it's a little big, and you can wirelessly accept phone calls out of the box you have to get the APP-5 accessory to do that. But in my mind it's worth spending the extra 49 bucks to get it, the company probably knew that people who need the 300 feet of roaming this little guy offers would ultimately be able to make use of remote answer, and would pay money for that privilege. I did, and I don't regret it at all, I went into it knowing that I would have to, and I was right, totally worth it. I would recommend this device to everyone who has to be in many places at once in their office. I can answer calls (with the APP-5 I bought) from my mail room, or the factory floor, or even outside the building if I'm just by the door, ACES!
use this headset 8 hrs per day 5 days a week ... the only think that is hard to use is the mute button ...sometimes you have to press it a couple of times for it to work.. the mute button should be on the base so you can quickly press it ...

I purchased 2 CS55 headsets with the HL-10 Lifter and found this system to be flawless with superb audio. No interferance, no static, none the problems one experiences with bluetooth technology. This system operates at 1.9ghz which gives it greater operating distance (300 ft is a conservative number1) and eliminates any unwanted static, or other noises. Well built, and easy to setup up you can now wander your house and yard and never miss a call or have to say "what did you say? I can't hear you". Battey life is excellent. Customer Support is excellent: it is free and lifelong!
